Dear Potential Exhibitor:
The Society for Theriogenology (SFT) would like to invite you to support and exhibit at our 2015 Production Animal Wet Lab Symposium. This wet lab is expected to attract 200-400 of the top cattle producers in the region. This year’s symposium will be held at the Agriscience Magnet Program Arena at Madison High School, 5005 Stahl Road, San Antonio, TX 78247, on Sunday, August 9, 2015.
The table top exhibits will be located in the Agriscience Magnet Program Arena.
If you would like to increase your exposure to 2015 Therio Conference participants, there are a number of choices for sponsorship, please contact Roberta Norris at Roberta@franzmgt.com for information and fees. Please be advised that all choices will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis. We also welcome sponsorship from vendors, even if you are unable to attend the meeting.
To be assured that your name will appear in the printed program and any pre-convention advertising, please complete the exhibitor registration/sponsorship form no later than March 16, 2015.
If you plan on staying at the Hyatt Regency River Walk San Antonio, please make your hotel reservations either by calling (210) 451-6415 or by going to the link under 2015 Therio Conference. Make sure to let them know that you are with the Society for Theriogenology; the standard room group rate is $139.00 per night.

INFORMATION AND RULES GOVERNING EXHIBIT
PAYMENTS & FEES
The fee for table top exhibit space is $500.00. Payment can be made by Check drawn on US bank, U.S. money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. The fee is due when the contract for exhibit space is submitted. For your company name to be included in conference materials, contract and fee are due no later than March 16, 2015.
USE OF SPACE
The Exhibit Chairman reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit which in his opinion is not suitable and in keeping with the character of the Symposium. No spaces shall be sublet without the consent of the Exhibit Chairman. Displays will be permitted on the exhibit floor only by official exhibitors. Distribution of advertising matter by representatives of firms who are not official exhibitors is strictly forbidden.
The Exhibit Chairman reserves the right to restrict exhibit to a minimum noise level and to suitable methods of operation and display of materials. If for any reason an exhibit or its contents are deemed objectionable by SFT or ACT, the exhibit will be subject to removal. This reservation includes person, things, conduct, printed material or any item of poor character which SFT or ACT considers objectionable to the Convention’s well being. In the event such as eviction or restriction is enforced, SFT or ACT will not be liable for refunding rental fees or funds for exhibit equipment rental except at its own discretion. Exhibitor agrees that SFT or ACT may substitute the actual space assigned to exhibitor if necessary.
Exhibitors are urged to use novel and unique ways to attract attention to their exhibit space. The basic responsibility for attracting meeting participants to the exhibit is the exhibitors.
Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own shipping. The online exhibitor service packet will include shipping (in & out) instructions, move in, set-up and breakdown instructions. The kit will also include information on ordering extra tables, stools, and specialty items.
HOURS OF EXHIBIT:
Every effort is made to allow maximum exposure for exhibiting firms, including coffee breaks, lunches, etc. in the exhibit area. The professional exhibits will be in the Agriscience Magnet Program Arena from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm on Sunday, August 9, 2015
Sponsors wishing to insure their goods must do so independently and at their own expense.
LIABILITY & THEFT
The Therio/ACT and officers or staff members of the same will not be responsible for the safety or the property of the exhibitors, their agents or employees, from theft, damage of fire, accident or other causes. Reasonable care will be used to protect the exhibitor from such a loss.
All confirmed / contracted exhibit space(s) cancelled by June 22, 2015, will be subject to a $100.00 USD service charge per space. All cancellations after June 22, 2015, will forfeit the entire booth fee.

Please email your company logo in either JPEG format as well as a 50 word or less company description to Roberta@franzmgt.com to help us promote your company. We post the logos on our web site, www.therio.org and the company descriptions are printed in the conference program. In order for your company description or any ads purchased to be included in the program they must be submitted to Roberta by May 31, 2015.
THE THERIOGENOLOGY FOUNDATION AUCTION
The 7th Annual Live Auction benefiting the Theriogenology Foundation will be held in conjunction with the Therio Awards dinner. This event will be held on the evening of Friday, August 7, 2015. The Silent Auction will begin with the exhibit hall kick off on Thursday, August 6 and end on Saturday August 8, 2015. If your company would like to participate by donating an auction item, please send in a photo of the item, estimated value and description by May 1, 2015. We are open to a variety of different items and items of different price ranges…books, jewelry, trips, pictures/prints, and educational opportunities are just a few ideas. We encourage each company to participate and will give publicity to each company that donates to the auction(s). If your company is interested in attending the Therio Awards dinner tickets may be purchased with conference registration. Tickets may also be purchased by calling the SFT office at (334) 395-4666.
