According to Dorland's Medical Dictionary (25th Edition), theriogenology is that branch of veterinary medicine which deals with reproduction, including the physiology and pathology of male and female reproductive systems and the clinical practice of veterinary obstetrics, gynecology, and semenology. The Society of Theriogenology welcomes all licensed veterinarians and veterinary students who have a special interest in the area of reproduction in domestic species. The SFT offers Active, Associate, Honorary, Honor Roll, Student, Technician and Resident memberships to veterinarians across the world.
